Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Some items are in stock and ready to ship, while others are sourced on demand.

- In-stock items are processed and shipped faster.
- Sourced items (including requested jerseys) may require additional processing time depending on availability.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Please note that sourced or requested items may take longer to arrive due to sourcing and handling time.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

Split Shipments
In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur. Casa De Kits is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
